Welcome to Sunday evening and Retropower Uncut – your weekly roundup of everything happening at RP HQ.
With normal service resumed and Jamie back behind the camera, it’s Nat’s turn to bring you all up to date with what’s been happening at Retropower over the last few days. Despite it being a truncated week due to the Easter break, we’ve still made some impressive progress. Bobby’s been hard at work routing the Saab’s various plumbing ancillaries, while Stu has been beavering away on the front end of Project Munich, fettling the BMW E9’s front bumpers to give them a better, more pleasing appearance. Matt’s also been grafting away on Project Brenner’s Aston, with the bonnet being his primary focus over the last few days.
Over in Assembly, the biggest update concerns the Project Lucky Strike Allegro — look, it’s got its engine back in situ! Stay tuned for some belated road-test action. Lastly, we hand over to George and Luke in the CAD Den to apprise you all of what’s what in the world of digital design, 3D printing, and VR.
