We’ve been lucky enough to welcome all manner of online publications for a tour of the Retropower workshop, including the guys at Car Throttle. They were particularly taken by our Alfa Romeo GT Junior, not least its uniquely British engine – a Millington Diamond of the kind more commonly found in top spec Escort rally cars.

I am in Adelaide – but grew up near Newport Pagnell. One day Dad was taking me back to boarding school via the M1 turn off at NP, when 5 DB5s streamed onto the M1 for a test run (I assume). That plus Bond, and you know the rest. Have you ever done a restomod DB5 or 6? If so, please send me a link.

It would be a dream to Resto-mod one of these, but alas, it is yet to happen….. we came quite close around a year ago when an American chap got in touch , he had a bare bodyshell DB5 …….. i do hope it happens one day!
